Poop... Im leveling a prot warrior with my friends atm :p But why is it hard? Are guilds set in stone or is there a massive overpopulation of warriors?

So im playing around abit on Anathema Alliance side and i was wondering what class to roll.. I like all of them pretty much so is there any class that is being extra wanted at maxlvl? Is there a shortage of tank or healers? Do DPS-classes have difficulty finding raids? Tell me guys, how's the raiding climate? :)
