I've been using the 2 step authentication for more than a week now. All of a sudden today it will not work, the 6 digit codes will not work. Is this a common issue at the moment?

I'm having issues using .account password system to change my password and I can't do it through the "forgot your password" section, it just wont give me the option to do it. It sends me the email and when I click on the link in the email it sends me to the same "Control Panel" page. Also, the two-factor authentication didn't work either, I scanned the QR code and it recognized Elysium and my account name, but I didn't get a prompt to enter the code when I logged on. My Elysium character and this forum account don't seem to be linked either, is that normal?
