Hey, fellow locks! o/ As title said, anyone use and has test the talent?? i have it with 3 point and dont see any difference with Curse of Exhaustion without the improve. And, may i wrong, but i cant see the 45% with the Amplify curse on player. Anyone can say something about it? Thz for the attenction :D
