    Greetings! I'll start off by saying: Elysium staff will never ask for your account details or share any confidential information. For the safety of your account, never share any of your account information, such as email addresses, account names, or passwords. When posting, only provide character name and realm. We do not need your account name or email. You could check out this Link. and our Two-Factor-Authentication option to secure your account. Now according to our ToU The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts. Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.     A Slight Guild Hiccup

    Greetings! I have answerd your PM. But for further refrences for other players: We can not interfere in this situation, there are multiple reasons and I'll try to highlight some of them. III. Character/Currency/Item restoration of our ToU. There are no specific section in regards to Guild restoration, however it is considered an "Item". Also there's a lack of evidence to support your claim, we can not remove the standing Guild Leader and hand you the rank. This will violate this section of our ToU: IV. Misloots Elysium staff does not handle requests for reassignment of loot from one player to another when the item was accidentally awarded to the wrong player.

  6. Greetings! Items deleted on Nostalrius will not be restored in any cases. Creating an In-Game ticket will not help you in anyways, the item in question were not obtained on our server. @Baracoot To clarify: We only restore unique quest items, meaning items that can not be obtained more than once to succed the quest. Quest rewards like the [Blessed Blade of the Windseeker] can be restored due to it's rarity, if the player can provide sufficient evidence that (s)he obtained it. Note that we do not restore these items if the player deletes them, as the player is responsiable for their actions. We can however restore it if it's caused by a server crash or other causes on our side. Regards GM Team

    Greatings! Only Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below a. Exact date of the raid; b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members; c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item. The item you described does not fall under this clausus and will not be restored. Regards GM Team
