Today i'm stuck in game (game freeze when i log in, probably because DC while float on ship) and no way to unstuck my self without GM help, and with this online ticket queue make this similar problem really painfull. It's not my first private server and everywhere was unstuck through site (account managment etc). Would be great if you realize this function or your servers.
