    The Mage Quest "Investigate the Blue Recluse" seems to be bugged. When I go the the inn there are no Mana Rifts, so I am unable to complete the Quest. If I try to use the item for the quest in the inn, in some areas I get the following error message "Invalid Target", while in other areas in the inn I get "Requires Mana Rift Disruptance".
