I'm strangely able to post on forums from the acct but cannot log in client and play because of that pin

So, I put 2fa on it and it must've been that I forgot the pin, now it says call customer support, so I think I need to remove 2fa, I changed the pw to be safe

Bluemist(lvl 37 gnome mage) is a bot, he's botting right now at bloodfen raptors and i have seen him stand there when i killed him 5+ times now 50, 17 coords dustwallow marsh. he only goes after the mobs here (elysium server)
