My brother and I have tried to restore our characters on our accounts. Currently in Thailand, don't know if that poses a problem with the authentication. Read that it's previous passwords that may work, I've tried all my passwords I've ever had synced to my account. Would appreciate some assistance as I don't want to start from fresh yet again. Yeah I have it all setup now. Pretty cool feature honestly. I'm beginning to think maybe one of my addons that sells my random stuff and deleted worthless items may have bugged out. I've unloaded all those and Bagnon just to be on the safe side; however this hadn't ever happened before. Thanks again man!

I don't know if I was hacked. I was never logged from my account when this happened. However I will setup the two-factor.

Curious as to if there is a bug regarding the inventory of a character, because all my items were removed; even my Hearthstone when I was farming in Duskwood. I know there probably isn't anything the staff can do for me and it wasn't really that huge of a loss just was really unfortunate. I already had to restart after losing all my progression from Nos and was curious as to if there was a way for me to get was deleted, removed; or otherwise disappearing back to me.
