The 5 W’s of <Merciless>
WHO ARE WE? We are a group of like-minded Horde players who long for the early WoW experience. Nostalgia aside, there was a sense of character and purity in the days of raiding’s infancy. This is something we hope to embrace. We also have an active community on Discord and welcome new members to join us there.
WHAT ARE WE? We are a guild that intends to raid whenever time allows. We’re adults with jobs, and, in some cases, families, and we understand that life does come first. But we also want to get a decent schedule going that will allow us to include as many raiders as we can.
WHERE ARE WE? We are based primarily around the East Coast US. Our raid times will likely be a little later in the day, but it needs to be discussed more to fully adopt a solid daily rotation.
WHEN ARE WE RECRUITING? Always. We are striving to get to 60 and begin the attunement and gearing process as soon as possible while still maintaining the outlook of "Life comes first."
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN? Well, to put it simply, because you want to raid. We need folks who share our passion for end-game content. We need players who enjoy being part of tight-knit groups and who want to progress as a team. But we also need players who can progress solo in the event the guild is not running anything in particular.
Moving forward, we would like to set up a solid raid schedule. As stated before, it will likely be based around evenings in our time zone, but we accept worldwide applicants who can be available during that time. [We love night owls!]
This post is very formal, but let it be known – we are often irreverent. We all enjoy dark humor and know how to take a good joke, even if the joke is at our own expense. We just ask that you keep it mature and know your audience. Beyond that, all should be well!

HOW DO I JOIN? This is simple. We don’t want to run a long application process right now. Like everyone else, we’re trying to gain a solid foundation before erecting anything major on top of it. Whisper one of our officers in game and let us know you’re interested! The names to look out for:
