On the actual WoW client itself. What do I do exactly in order to set it up being that my account itself when I log on on the control panel online says its 2 factor auth is disabled...so confused right now.

Hey there, Long time Nighthaven player now returning to the game and upon the login screen after entering correct Acc name and PW, I'm greeted with a Enter you PIN box. What is this? I have clarified by logging into the control panel that 2 factor Auth is not activated. Also, even if it was. I have a new phone so any google auth app I had on it will not be able to be accessed anymore. How do I logon to my account as I can do it in control panel and see my characters there but not on the actual WoW launcher. Many thanks, Q

Just wondering if the shop had any plans to introduce new products down the line such as new mounts/companions? Also think it'd be a nice idea to do random discounts on some of alternating products to incentivize people more (maybe during the holiday's or special server events?). Let me know what everyone's thoughts are and what mounts/companions they'd like to see in game.

My account has just got same issue. I can't speak anywhere apart from Party and Guild chat. Any advise anyone? Has anyone else had the issue and had it resolved or been spoken to by a GM/Dev?
