  1. FYI I used the "stuck" -> "still stuck" to put in a ticket and a GM helped un-mute me within 5 minutes. Awesome.

  3. I'm looking to put in a ticket to a GM to get my account un-muted (got hacked, and I guess they gold spammed or something). When I submit the ticket by Petition A Game Master -> Character -> Report Character Issue -> enter information and press Submit, I get the text: Game Masters do not handle bug reports. Please use our bugtracker and provide sources if possible. https://elysium-project.org/bugtracker Is that a normal message to get when submitting a ticket?
  4. UPDATE: Put a ticket in using the "stuck" -> "still stuck" and a GM unmuted me within 5 minutes. Logged into today to my gear/money gone and unable to chat (says "you must wait 694 days to speak again"). I immediately changed pass and set up 2FA. I don't care about the items/money, I would just like to be unmuted. Can't really enjoy the game without being able to chat! Thanks for any help.
