Ok i'm getting pretty angry now. I have tried to reset or change my password all day and have not once gotten an email. If I cant change my password it would be nice to be able to put an authenticator on my account. You know so it doesn't get hacked. Some real basic stuff here.

I am unable to change my password because every time I try to request the password change via the control panel I get this message "Elysium is sending an industrial amount of emails and we may have reached your provider rate's limit. If you do not receive the email after an hour, please retry in an hour." So I just never get to change my password. I'd love to put a 2fa on but that has the same issue. Same with trying to create an account.

It's working for me. Check your spam folder a bizillion of em just showed up an hour ago.

I just want to change my password. Step one missing gold. step two missing characters. I realize it's free never said it wasn't. But you can't expect people to dump a ton of time into something and not get upset when it is stolen or disappears.

This is exactly why i'm scrambling to try to change my password or add 2fa. 300g missing is just... no words... Anyways the email system for elysium seems to be broken at the moment so i'm just not gonna play my main til then. I dont even have enough for repairs.

Yes, i've been frantically checking my spam folder. I use gmail. Also it looks like this topic got posted a few times because of server lag.

My account was also hacked. But unfortunately it's impossible to change your password for whatever reason. So i'm just waiting patiently for all my characters to be naked and or deleted. You can push the reset password button all day ( i know i've tried) but it just says if you dont get it in an hour try again. It's cool i'm not actively trying to keep my account or anything.
