And.... it's happening again!

Same here. Getting to connecting and then not able to finish. I can go to other servers, just not Darrowshire. I want to add that it will at times ask what kind of server/language and when I click 'English' and 'normal' it then tries to take me to Darrowshire - but again, can't complete.

I tamed Lupos on Darrowshire at approx 23:20 at the spawn 32.6/25.8. My character is an Orc (lvl 45) - there were others (alliance and horde) who cheered when I got him. It was all very friendly. It wasn't a comparatively long camp, about 1.5 hours. It took me two times to tame him - luckily I had a mana pot. Also, I had 'aspect of the cheetah' on the first attempt - causing me to be dazed .. duh! I quickly switched to 'aspect of the monkey', drank the pot and restarted the tame. success!! I looked around and am pretty sure that pets were 'normalized' on or shortly after patch 2.0.1 (applied Dec 5,2006) and I base this on a forum discussion (Nov. 16, 2006) about it - indicating it was coming soon: http://wow.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=243&mid=1163702661283124408 So, for now, I am confident that Lupos will do shadow dmg til then :)

Yeah I am a strange creature without cell phone reception where I live. I am trying to figure out how to use authentication to protect my account. Do I use something like google authenticator with GAuth? I only ever play on this one desktop, so maybe there is a simpler solution. Any help is appreciated :)

Ok maybe I didn't make it clear in the original post: I have no cell phone. All has to be done on my desktop. Maybe this isn't possible, but I think it's more unusual then not possible and hope someone knows what I can do.

Everything is hardwired. I used to use a router, but there really is no need for it since my modem is right on my desk. So, I DO have internet lol. Fast even! But I do think there is more to it then that, ie: I can't 'scan' a code, I would have to enter something like a number. I dunno .. it seems like rocket science and yet I am sure it isn't,

Well, yes, I have plenty of bone/stone axes n spears :D But unless I can find the thief I won't be able to hack at them!
