For those wondering what the addon is: http://www.vanilla-addons.com/dls/censusplus/ While it's a fairly simple addon to run it can be misleading. It only grabs information of those who are online which - depending on where the user running it is located - reduces the accuracy of different time zones, EU/NA, etc. It'll take quite a long time for people to start getting accurate data pulls, but it's good info to know!

Chat restriction is already in place at Level 10.

As everyone has said previously - this is Vanilla in its essence. I've had a tough time killing Level 9 scorpions outside of Orgrimmar at Level 9 myself. While some may find it utterly ridiculous ... this is the challenge that some of us have missed in comparison to retail.
