Is this quest bugged or does Princess have a long respawn time? I've been roaming around that field over 10 minutes waiting for her

Ok, so I'm a new guy here. Played retail for years on and off. I've played on a few different private servers over the years as well. So as I understand it, to play here I just download the client, update the realmlist.wtf file and go? Is there any patching of the client? Also, what are the rates on the servers?
