Hey guys, been struggling to finish this quest. I drank the water sapta and died, now I can't attack anything at the shrine. I've tried dropping the quest multiple times but I just get "Remaining drops of purest water" but no sapta. I've been reading that one mob can be attacked at the shrine and I don't need the sapta, but this is not the case for me. I can't attack anything! Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've spent hours of in game time trying to complete.

Where? The quest giver gave me the first sapta which I died with. When I returned to get another sapta by dropping the quest and re accepting I only get the "Remaining drops of purest water" from Isle waterseeker. Have you got a NPC name for me?
