Exactly my thoughts. I would maybe understand them not wanting to return the stolen gold and items but the fact that they don't even assure people that they are punishing the offenders and respond with "it's not in our tos, piss off" obviously says that it's allright with them. They get a share.

I logged in, my character was standing next to a mailbox, which I don't remember doing. Whatever, I wen't for the flight master and then realised I have no gold. wtf. I had some, it's gone now. Someone probably got into my account, sent it somewhere and pissed off. Can someone check where it had gone? Also, how the f is it so easy for them to break that password?
