With the latest patch fishing pools was removed and this was the reason. With this kind of logic will we see game breaking buggs that wasn't fixed until a later patch or is this complete hypocrisy. This would also mean that all changes ever made have to be reversed. I'm just going to state it now.. It's bollocks. We signed up for a Blizz-like server, not a Blizz-exact server.
