Quick Update...
Was able to gain access to my web account from my home desktop since my IP hasn't changed, but even then I cannot remove the 2FA lock on my account without first having a 6 digit pin, this pin is only generated when Duo Mobile is activated, so I'm in a stalemate situation here. I cannot activate nor deactivate the authenticator from my account.
Please Help! I'll need a new QR code or activation pin sent to my email. There are no options available in the account control panel to handle this type of scenario.
