Well in theory this is how we should look at it: It is a war between Alliance and Horde. Being a lower level does not change the fact that you are an enemy of the opposite faction. Why would the enemy not try to make your journey to level 60 harder? Since then you would oppose an even higher threat to them, so yes they want to slow you down (and it's fun to do). You would have probably done the same in some situations, even if you're not into PvP you would log your main if your alt gets ganked and camp the shit out of them :) Make war, not lovecraft.

Listen to the people, and just give em some free loot as they worked their asses off. This is the time you need to act like a GM.

I have to say that TBC was one of the greatest expansions, and really well build on the concept of Flying as well. (Wherein other expansions failed to do so) Keeping in mind that you could also only fly in Outland and not exploit it out of that world ruining world pvp for lower levels. All with all, as the expansion was well build around this concept, you could not do it without the flying aspect, as it would eliminate important mechanics that you need to progress in the game.

I can buy that some might be banned because of buying gold but not this many people of which a lot of them seem fair players...

Perfect example, nobody would risk buying gold unless your a low lvl maybe because you want to buy a mount or whatever. But even that is not even an excuse since you can easily get the 90g you need by lvl 40...

Nah this is just too weird... I never bought gold in all my life, why would I since the economy has many ways to profit with in the game? I also got banned and looking at how many others are claiming the same thing. You wouldn't risk buying gold if you have a 60 on your account....theres no need to buy it since you can easily make it. Those who have a 60 know how much work they had to put into raising it to max level and gearing it up.
