This player can be (as what he say - he is definetly) multiboxer. Usually he is afk most time of game. Basically he's taking spot of horde player and do nothing. Most times he appears when alliance twinks in game or in queue. Often alliance twinks are running by him pretending not seeing him, when he camps alliance flag to do what previous person said. Also you can see him often being afk, for example staying in horde gy and doing nothing or "running" (using autorun) stuck in some tree or wall. Here some screenshots:

Today I met 2 players breaking rules of server in part: "VII. Multiboxing Multiboxing is not allowed and refers to playing multiple characters simultaneously. Whether this is done via 3rd party software, alt-tabbing between instances, or by running multiple machines, does not matter. The only exception is that you may have up to two characters in the same major or goblin city temporarily, for trading, crafting, conjuring and portalling purposes." One of them was even ensuring me that he is right. I'm asking administration to resolve this situation or explain why they didn't broke rule. If it's not a break of rules, then therms of use need to be further explained and modified to avoid future confusions around that part. Thank you for understanding!
