1- so when you send a ticket the gms answer takes 1day? 2days? hours? months? years? 2- if im offline when he see my ticket.... he delete the ticket?

hi. so im back after a few weeks and i read this news Character Restoration The developer team has been able to provide a limited character restoration function. Unfortunately when you delete a character it will not be able to be restored 100% of the time, but if possible we will restore deleted characters. Create an In-Game ticket to request a character restoration and we will try our best. Sincerely, the GM Team soo there is any chance to restore my lvl 30 priest on anathema???? someone please tell me how to make a ticket in-game to talk with some gm. :d TY. i mean ik where.. but idk in what section i can talk with some gm about my deleted priest...!
