No. I am saying that the GM pulled me out of Arathi, accused me of speedhackiong with no proof or reaso,n, and despite my interest to explain how a hunter works, and what aspect of the cheetah is, he instead denied that claim, and banned me. The point, therefore, is to identify that GMs are banning people for reasons they cannot support. I dont know any GMs on this game, so i dont know the one who banned me either, but what i do know is that i was not hacking, but got banned for hacking. If he were to come back and say, we have a video of your gameplay, here it is, i would say, put that public, and then point people to it so they can see how wrong the GM is. Hunters get aspect of the cheetah. it has a built in downside for pvp. case and point, no cheating but geteting banned anyway, WTF. Would you like me to go ban you for stunning someone for 3 seconds as a paladin? no that would be asinine.

I like Antipatra, and I personally was almost content never playing again. But its not like the GM, or even Elysium wrote the code for this game. They stole the code that other people made, which doesnt bother me, and they open the community to people that like the original content of the game before it was middied by shitty mechanics, and easy mode character progression. There are things that can still enhance Elysium and vanilla wow in general, like atlas loot, tooltipsmods, and some class-specific quality of life changes, which is what i used. I posted an appeal. Only GMs can see it, and its been viewed, but not replied to. I asked for the chatlog to review, because the GM that banned me lied to me in game, and is misrepresenting the facts in his replies elsewhere. That is of consequence when you take someone and give them that toolkit, and they use it in a way that is unnecessary, and inconsientent with the idea of this server, which is to enjoy the vanilla content. I dont think i violated my position or riules. I do think the GM did, and this is meant to bring that to light. A private ban appeal wihtout the discussion is less of a searchlight, and more of a backroom discussion that nobodyever hears about. This chain started so that other people are aware of how GMs are making decisions, and that they are not always as helpful as many people claim for them to be that dont know any better.

hacking is shit like an external program that does shit the game does not do by itself. exploiting is taking advantage of broken game mechanics. I did neither, but was banned for hacking. If they said you are banned for using a mod that is not allowed. ok. thats not what was said. SO everyone here that is not the GM, or someone who i have discussed this with, is really at a disadvantage for not knowing what they are talking about. i installed the mod pack at level 10 while standing in dolanaar inn. within about 30 minutes, while not even moving or playing the game, i uninstalled all but 4 of them. the ones that remained I readily admitted to, and to be honest, do not at all seem like hacks or exploits. just because you, and my assumption the person who the GM was responding to a ticket about, are butthurt that hunters can beat you down all day in a BG, thats on you. I see through your worthless, ignorant opinion.

Far from legit? how so?having a macro that casts aspects? i can do that with hotkeys built into the game, but prefer the interface of the mod. I was still affected by warrior tendon slice, rogue poison, mage ice. warlock curse. that is not a speed hack. having something that halpe me rememeber to turn off aspect of the cheetah when running fro respawn back into battle -- is that really not ok? really? do tell.

I give full permission for any one of those GMs to post a chat log, Video evidence, or whatever they claim to have to support their decision. As has been asked several times, no video evidence is like having no reason at all.

And fyi, me explaining how my mods actually work, is not an admittance of hacking. That gm and the 2 who he suggests were present as well clearly don't understand what I was actually trying to say. Because he outright asked me *let's talk about what other programs you are running* I replied petopia and another website and he sarcastically replied, *yeah, because we pull people in here for that*. He was not prfofessional, lied to me, and banned me for a reason that is not indicative of the facts. He has stated at least 2x that I am aware, that my ban will not be reversed, aware therefore, why the fuck would I bother to appeal ut, when he is being an ignorant as hole on a high horse

Hi, I am posting because I decided you know what, maybe this free server isn't run by a bunch of mavericks, maybe there is a gm that knows what they're talking about, and is genuinely interested in being helpful. Here is my conversation outlined with the gm. He pulls me out of 29 arathi, to gm island. Which is a room with no ceiling, and is a bunch of texture less tiles. One chair. One rat with the guild name (we know more than you think). He proceeds after some questions to suggest I was speed hacking. I was not. I told him I got a mod (for reference not a hack), that's a hunter mod that regulates aspect casting that was made for vanilla wow. What this mod does is regulate casting and uncasting aspect of the cheetah. Afaik, mods are perfectly acceptable, and that the vanilla client was made to use mods. I couldn't find it specifically because the mods packs from elite pvpers are a bundle of vanilla mods, for real like 700 mods in one rar file. I installed every last one of them shortly after hitting level 10 to see what was useful. Mods are not hacks. Most of those mods are shit, so I turned them off. The ones that were useful, I used - such as autopetfeeder, atlasloot, advanced tooltips, bestiary, and the aspect manager. 100% of them use code that already exists in the vanilla game client, and i told him that i got mods for the client,. He asked what other programs i was using, and i said none, because i wasn't. i guess i didn't articulate that very well at the time, because I was nervous having to explain this to a GM, but I did attempt to provide him details without logging out, about what the mod was called, and explained how it works, which is basiclly that whenever an aspect is cast, if not in combat it will cat aspect of the cheetah. If in combat,, it will cast aspect of the monkey, or if uising cheetah and get movement impaired, it will turn on monkey (since cheetah is bad when you're actively fighting). Anyway i told him that. He even said, if i was honest and told him exactly how it worked, he would be lenient. I explained pretty well at the time, and his final reply to me was at least the entire screen of my chat window, but within about 1 second of him posting it, he banned me, so i couldnt read what it said. I do know though, that the worst a GM can do is ban you, so he outright lied by saying if i explined it he would be lenient. HOw is a ban lenient? I assume he didn't understand it, or maybe i didn't understand that mods are not allowed. But people posting thunderfury over and over, i assume are using atlas loot or something like, and therefore using mods, and not getting banned, so my logic was, mods can be used. The entire time he approached it as me hacking, so it was clear no matter what interaction I had he was going to ban me, despite saying multiple times, tell me how you did this and I will be lenient. Also,o he said some nonsense about me admitting i was hacking which is a lie.
