I'm having the same exact problem. Starting 3 days ago I've been seeing wierd lag every 2-3 minutes. And then it seem to randomly decide to disconnect. It's gotten to the point where I am disconnecting every 5 - 10 minutes for no apparent reason. I don't have any issues with my internet connection, everything else is working fine. All of this seems to coincide with the last update.
