Same problem but for me it happens roughly every 5 minutes. It started happening after the server restart today. Playing on Zeht'Kur.

Hi fellow thugs, I have noticed that since I took the Remorseless Attacks talents (+40% crit chance on next Sinister Strike, Backstab, Ambush or Ghostly Strike after killing a mob that yields xp), I have not yet had a single crit occur on the next mob (I killed about 200 since then). So my question: Have any of you experienced the same which means the talent is broken? Or am I just extremely unlucky? Cheers, Thovan
