i´ve just ceated my account yesterday and downloaded the game today, i don´t even have any character and can´t get online for the 1st time. i put normally my id and my pass, the game show the message that says connecting and after about 15-20 secs it say´s disconnected from the server, i don´t know what to do i just followed the steps as it says . pls help :( ps: srry for my bad english
