Get disconnected immediately after sign in, have tried disabling 2FA, erasing realm info from Config.wtf...Servers seem to be up and running according to the Website and Elysiumstatus.com, any ideas why we cannot connect?

I have also tried fixing the Config.wtf file by removing the server name, and still get disconnected.

I am not getting a Customer Service prompt. Just "Disconnected from server." all sources say the server is functioning fine.

I also get "Disconnected from server" after Signing in with my authentication.
