Hello i dropped my phone from the staircase and its completely broken and i need to change devices with the google authenticator. How do i do this?

I got unbanned, I had enabled the authenticator after I was banned and told the GM all about it in the ban appeal. I used a form that they have given out. You can find it on "Elysium ban appeal information" - (google)

I am unbanned after 5 hours

Pretty sure i also got banned for getting hacked by a gold seller
