    We resolved this issue in Discord. The player deleted the WTF folder and restored normal function to chat channels.

    Melhart: try syncing the time (if you use Google Authenticator, it's the menu icon in the top right > Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now). Then (with your WoW client closed) delete your WDB folder. Wait for the code on your authenticator to change, then try to log in. This has helped some people connect with two-factor authentication.

    Some people with this issue have been able to solve it by deleting their WDB folder and making sure their authenticator has time synced recently.

    Hi BogyOne, Try closing your client and deleting your WDB folder in the main WoW directory. This will clear your cache and can solve a lot of issues. In regards to creating a bug on the bug tracker, you must be signed into the website (not just the forums - the forum and website accounts are not linked) and you will be able to create a bug report. If you need a GM in-game, use the "Stuck" > "Still not working. Page a GM" option.
