Same here. Please check this, dear admins. When trying to restore my character, it says "wrong password or authentification rejected". When trying to change my password, it says "wrong username or password". I even used the "restore password function", got a new one and tried it with that, but the problem remained the same. Logging in to the game works (funfact: with the old password, not with the new one).
