Tanking used to give me nightmares. My old guild in vanilla pressured me to do so when I wanted to DPS. Things got easier in a later patch in BC when you could thunderclap in defensive stance. I want to say somewhere in BC the difficulty of playing was just right. Then things just got too easy and people left.

Some patch in next expansion. Keep shield block up or get crushed, sunder armor on every mob I'm out of rage, Attack my target, No! not that one! OMG I'm out of rage. Stance dance Too late I'm in combat. Taunt on cooldown, Healer is dead. Then I woke up. It was just a nightmare. Because this time, I did not roll a tank. I shoot things now. Sorry, I won't do it. You can't make me. I just wont.
