My account is banned, and I was told in the appeals forum to reset password and enable 2FA. Whenever I try to enable 2FA, it shows me this: "Access denied. :( You do not have the clearance to view this confidential page!" How do I fix this

On the page for 2FA it states clearly only "Google Auth, Duo Mobile, Windows Phone Authenticator"

Alright, so my account is lost, and the name I love so much cannot be recovered. But with a new account, I won't be able to prevent this from happening again because I still won't be able to enable 2FA, so what is the point?!

My account was hacked, and banned for gold advertising. I appealed it, however now I'm being told that to recover it, I need to enable 2FA and change my password. But I can't enable 2FA because I don't have a phone! What do I do?

Not really sure how you concluded that, I have no idea why. I've already appealed it so we will see.

Hi, I tried to log in today and it says "This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use." What happened? Is this what shows if you have been banned? This would be unfortunate...I spent many days leveling... My account name is nehilanth
