ineptitude

I'm trying to do this quest because it has good rewards, but I can't figure out how to start it. It says it's available to both sides but the first quest starts in Ironforge? I went to the Fallen Hero of the Horde and I couldn't start it there either. Was this added in a later patch or something? http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=8425
