  1. Here are some addons I almost forgot about which I adjusted to work with 1.12.1: Butsu - Lightweight loot frame replacement DoubleWide - Makes the quest log larger HatTrick - Adds checkboxes to toggle head and cloak visibility to the character frame oGlow - Adds glowing borders to items of green or higher quality; in 1.12.1, this sadly doesn't work for some things like mail items Butsu, DoubleWide and oGlow also depend on LuaExtender, which you can grab from the GitHub releases page of eUI.

    [Addon] EQCompare - Vanilla

Yea, but what for? Ace2 is just overhead in this case.. I mean, it probably is in every case, but that's another issue I suppose.

So.. why this instead of that one? http://addons.us.to/addon/equipcompare
  4. Starting with Vista or 7 (can't remember exactly), applications need admin privileges to write files to any location inside Program Files. WoW writes to its own folder a lot, mostly for configuration. So you should move it somewhere else. C:\, your User folder.. something like that.
  5. Interface folder goes straight into the one where WoW.exe is in, not inside the Data folder. Also, you should move WoW out of Program Files.
  6. Might do in the future :) Added to my list of notes. Sure does! All eQuest does right now is add quest levels to the quest log, nothing more. No Questie conflicts. Edit: Just published v1.0a, a minor bug fix release.
  7. Even better! That way I won't have to add copyrighted material to my repo :p
  8. Hm.. maybe I'll add that as an option later.
  9. Hi! I made a thing.. or a few things, I suppose. eUI is a collection of small addons that improve the default user interface. Every addon can also be used individually, but also depends on LuaExtender, a library like addon I wrote to extend the 1.12.1 API. More in-depth descriptions of all the addons can be found on GitHub. The latest release can be found on GitHub as well. And because walls of texts are boring, here's a few screenshots showcasing things: Full UI shot. Buffs and debuffs. Character window, with a sneak peak of a backported version of oGlow that I will release some other time. eActionBindings with LibKeyBound. An example macro for the fancy eActionBars macro feature. The water, bread and gem you can see in the full UI shot are all macros showing item icons/count/tooltips. Quest log levels, and another backport sneak peak (DoubleWide). Tooltip icons! :) So, that's about it. Questions, bugs, features, suggestions? Shoot!

The future of Legacy, starts now!

You can help fix that once things are open source ;)
  11. File hashes would be enough for integrity checks, and are certainly not illegal. Can't remember if the 1.12.1 client already has those though.

Red text that says i have to wait to type

What addons do you have installed? Does it also happen when you disable all your addons? People were suggesting it may be addons sending messages to addon channels. Worth a shot.

I'd like to see some sort of donation progress status page as well.
