I was having the same issue and I managed to fix it by trying 2 suggestions from other posts, first was to delete the WDB folder but I think what really fixes it is the synch. Originally I was using the authenticator app on my wifi only iPad and there was no synch option so I found one for my blackberry which does have a sync time to servers options and when I did that the pins generated worked without issues

Hi, Looking for some help and tech advice for 2fa Okay so here's the problem currently I cannot log into the game as it never accepts the pin I get from my authenticator (tried some various fixes eg deleting wdb folder etc...), tried waiting and entering new pins after it cycles etc... But today I tried logging into the control panel on the website and was also prompted for the pin (I didn't know it would do that but cool feature) the problem however is that it also does not accept my pin. I am using the google authenticator on my iPad (Wi-Fi only) as I only have a BlackBerry work supplied phone. Now I read a post that said forcing a time sync in the authenticator option fixed it for a some users but that option is there on mine. After doing some research I found that this is a long standing known issue with the authenticator on the iPad. Next I did find an authenticator app in the blackberry world store and installed it on my phone but I don't have the email anymore with the barcode when I originally set up 2fa. So I had the "brilliant idea" that I would delete my account from the Authenticator on my iPad, turn on 2fa for my email account and then re-enable it thinking that would generate me a new barcode, only to realize, oops that came from Elysium when I enabled 2fa there. I tried doing a password reset on the website hoping that may generate a new code but it asked for the pin first and now that I have deleted the account from my ipad I can't even get the code, sooooooo.......... is my account screwed and I'll have to make a new? thanks

anyone have any ideas for me? Is there a way that I can have the email with the barcode resent to my account. I contacted the email provider but they said they could not retrieve the deleted email.

kk I found an authenticator that work with my blackberry from work (it's the only phone I have and the ipad app doesn't have a synch option), I mad e a new account and it seems to sync fine. on a side note anyone know of a way to have the 2fa barcode re-sent to an account. while trying to troubleshoot the problem I deleted my account from the 2fa so now I can't get any pins for it and as I don't have the email anymore I can't re-add it to the authenticator either.
