Cute little gnome mage!

After a day of bot hunting here and there this is what I have come across. Mind you this is only 1 level 35 rogue without a mount searching a couple zones. The bot situation is real and it's going to destroy the economy of this server. If you see what you think might be a bot, report it. It's for the good of everyone on the server in the long run. Sure there are going to be people who make fun of me, people who choose to heckle the the time I've spent, and a few of you might appreciate the effort. At the end of the day I fear I can't even put a dent in the problem if I was to do this 24 hours a day heh. Botting should not be encouraged or tolerated by the community at all. Yet some of you are so up in arms about outing people. Really makes me wonder who is the people behind these bots. Anyways, enjoy. The hope is that as a community there are more of us who seek fair play than there is those who think botting is an acceptable path of character development. If we share sightings and common practices of these botters as a whole we can help mitigate them. Though through my experience it seems the botting community cares more about botting than the non botting community cares about stopping botters. On the flip side to this is people can't stand real money trading here. They hate to see bought/sold characters, gold selling, and staff members making profit from private servers. Yet the people running these bots are doing so on a FOR PROFIT basis. The gold earned and the characters leveled are being sold. Not to mention the bot itself costs players money. It needs a community effort to help make these people un-welcome. The GM's are trying to keep up with it, but if we were to be more vigilant as a whole we could really help to make botting less rewarding.

This guy has been botting this location for 2 days now.

Undead mage bot grinding in hillsbrad, Had been there for about 3 hours or so when i decided to video a bit.

Yeah. We were doing that earlier with this bot and another bot that were grinding the same location, was really funny is if you downrank a spell and tag it right before theres lands you get the tag but they will kill it because it's agroed to them. We followed these bots around for about 2 hours just letting them kill shit for us until we realised GM's weren't available to answer the tickets.

Guess you aren't capable of reading. Guess since I am the "smart guy" I will say again. I opened a ticket and followed the guy for 2 hours. No answer from GM's.

We have video proof. It's not a big deal that you don't believe it. Come to hillsbrad right now and come behind the level 20 Syndicate tower to the east and you can watch the Undead Mage "Clasher" botting the exact same area and path as the last guy.

With the reversal of the PvP gear to be inline with current patch. Perhaps GM's will consider to take away the lionheart plans some people have since it also was not added a later patch.

What exactly are your links proving? Those posts/links refer to it dropping around the same time DM/World bosses were released. It is actually saying it dropped for the first time from a world boss. On Elysium PvP we do not have DM, nor world bosses because our timeline has not reached that point. So if anything you have done nothing but solidify my point.

Any decent allies playing this bracket or should I move on? Only twink I have encountered so far is Sanny and he isn't much of a challenge.
