hi i recive the mail to reset my nost pasword after 3 days of w8ing for the mail and now when i clic the link on my mail the elysium site tells me that the activation code is not valid. what i can do?

Like always no clear information about whats going on the accounts, i really dont undestand how is possibile to lose a full account just because i want to change My pasw .

i mean i lose all my characters?

nono the problem is , i alredy did the transfer of all my chars and i was playing untill 3 days ago but now that i try to reset the pasw i lose all my account ?
