    The question was simple. "How much AP is 1% hit worth if you have <8% +hit?". Is it 50? 100? 200? If you do not know the answer please keep your comments to yourselves. If anyone who has done the math could answer it, that'd be great. I wouldn't have to dig into that stuff myself.
