They don't reply at all. I too was banned out of no where for no reason. I've had 24 views on my ban appeal and no response. RIP. Free service or not, it's some pretty shady and lazy bullshit. To think I supported something like this is just infuriating. 7 days of my life down the drain because they're too lazy to ensure their bans are legit.
