Hello Elysium team, Thanks for reading this. The characters on my account (Frannkc) have been automatically transfered to Anathema from Darrowshire, because I did not choose any server. My account was banned during that time. My account is now unbanned and I see that my characters are on Darrowshire. Now I did read the following on the elysium site: "What happens if I do not choose? If you do not choose a destination server, your characters will be moved to Elysium. You will need to ensure there are enough free character slots on the destination server (10 characters max per account per server), as we will not be able to assist you in finding lost characters due to the slots being full. As additional details are finalized we will keep the community updated." Because of this I want to ask the following question: Is it still possible to transfer my characters correctly to Elysium. First time vanilla so I want to enjoy the content from the beginning! Hope to hear from you, Sincerely, Frank

I am waiting for +- 70 hours now. Hope to get answers soon :(

I asked on discord how long it would take when there is a answer on ban appeals. 24-48 hrs I heard. Hope they unban people tho, seems like a common problem
