well, noticed too that most server downtime is at mornings. I'd rather say that it's because the GM's either sleep or work.

It would be nice if they had a working restarter at least. But it seems like the server is "frozen", not "down", so most restarters won't catch that.

I believe a player named "Yindo" and his guild is cheating. I have once tried applying to them, so asked one guy from the officer staff on their discord, and got trolled. I asked another guy from the officer staff and he defended him, kept blaming me for things such as asking not the questions they wanted to hear. They advertised themselves on the forum as some hardcore realm first raiders, and were al level 60, but after what I've seen, I thought they were just trolls. Thigs started to grow more complicated when I saw two guys from that guild appear on devilsaur respawn spot in un'goro crater just a minute before he respawned. They killed the devilsaur, skinned it and ran back. I waited for the next respawn, and the same thing happened. I asked Yindo about that, and he said they're farming it "all day and night". I really don't see a way they could do something with that amounts of gold, apart from selling them on some www.goldþðæöñ4wow.shit Anyway, trolling is conspiracy by itself. But since they are top gold earners on the server, it looks more like controlled trolling to prevent government from getting them for illegal activity (such as gold selling). I know that practice from experience - there is for example one famous Polish TV streaming site that operates in China and says that "the TV channels are broadcasted by our users and we have no control about their illegal activity" and that "since we are short on moderators at the moment, and we are looking for more, the ability to broadcast temporarily requires approval of another user". They have been looking for moderators for over 5 years now and there are police reports saying that they are well-known and it's actually them, not the users, broadcasting premium TV channels. So, the only users allowed to broadcast are their employees.

Alternatively I'm looking for an already-existing addon that does such filtering (especially that highlight and beep) EDIT: Nevermind, I'll do it using another method.

Greetings. I'm considering creating an AddOn for vanilla WOW, which would alter the way chat UI works. I'm mainly talking about chat filters, such as don't show something that matches or highlight it and beep. But for that, I'll naturally need to use multiple accounts at the same time (dualboxing). That is, I'll log in from the same IP with multiple level 1 characters and send messages on nonpublic chat channels (such as whisper or party) with them. At some point, I may even start sending in-game mail containing low amounts of gold (such as 3 copper) or low amounts of low-value junk items (such as 2xTroll Sweat). This way, I would like to ask if it is safe to do that on this server? Or I'd better set up mangos on my PC? The day before yesterday, I tried to log-in. Got to "Connected", "Disconnected from server" after a few minutes. Tried 10 minutes later, still the same. Tried another servers - they work. Tried an hour later - the same. Tried another hour later - still the same. Tried two hours later - successfully logged in. Today, Elysium is not working again - same problem. I know it is most likely caused by a bug that is freezing the server. Maybe that bug will someday be fixed, but I'd suggest getting a temporary workaround, as it is likely that the server will suffer from such problems many times in the future. So, I'd suggest getting a restarter that not only restarts when the server is dead, but when it's frozen too.

Today I have been in a dungeon with a guy that was not inside the instance, I could not target him with spells, but his buffs appeared on us and he was present on the aggro meter. Additionally, it was Shadowfang Keep and there was no player with the curse, but that spirits still spawned. Once we wiped, his spirit ran from the graveyard to the entrance like ours did, but he stayed as a ghost in Silverpine Forest according to unitframes, he was nowhere to be found inside but still his buffs appeared on us. Also we got attacked by a high-level horde and he was the only one to stay alive, even though he was level 26 and the horde hit like level 60.

Even though there were said to be some fixes for Lunar Festival, it is still not working at all - the NPCs are here, butn othing more. No quests, no gossip, no items. And a question: When is it scheduled to end on this server?

By the way, why is it taking so long? Are you compiling the source during the maintenance? Or you got some database migration to do or what?
