I'm in the same situation although when I try chatting, red note pops up saying must wait 690 days to speak. No one seems to know why.

I was purchasing in Ah, and as soon as I purchased, I got red message saying must wait 693 13hours to speak again? I'm only lvl 19, not even in a clan, and don't talk to anyone? Is this a glitch? Thanks
