My account was hacked and therefore banned. I changed my password and enabled 2FA and it has been unbanned but all of my items and gold are gone. Account Name: Email: Characters: Anathema-Darqueesha, 45 paladin. Elysium-Darqueesha, 34 Warlock. Both characters are gearless with most gold gone. Is there a way to restore the characters with gear and gold? Thanks

I am trying to reset my password on the control panel and the email link I receive directs back to the control panel. I never get to the password reset page
