    It is unplayable for everyone, constant lag with disconnects every 5 minutes.

    By listing the name of the server company you are renting from on your website you also invite for DDOS-attacks. The attacks will go on until you swap server or until the people who DDOS gets tired, which probably won't happen anytime soon. My suggestion is that you remove the name of your server from your website and then change server so everyone can play this game without lag and disconnects.
