I think, I found the reason now: I didn't have the aquatic form, when I wrote the last message. Therefore cat form was in the second place. So it seems, that the addon reacts to the button index of the shapeshift bar and always interprets the second one as aquatic form. When I did the quest recently and got the aquatic form, the cat form moved to the third button and the stance rules work as expected now.

I just encountered the same problem after copying the Bongos configuration from another server, where this worked just fine. So after fiddling around with the options it seems to me, that the server is sending some kind of wrong notification, when the druid switches to cat form. Therefore you must use the "Aquatic" stance instead of "Cat". At least it works for me this way
