Using this logic why increase herbs?

It has nothing to do with peoples ability to farm gold. Servers as big as zeth kur on vanilla vs this which is 5x larger than any server ever in vanilla retail.

At that drop rate you're probably better off farming gold. But you are correct its just not efficient. If they get to 10g it will be.

I said strong locations.

On Elysium elemental fire are steadily increasing in price. This price and ability to farm this item is unblizzlike by all standards due to server pop. One possible solution would be to introduce the heart of fire to elemental transmute early.

The problem is it seems to be a double standard. Herb rates are increased and welcomed due to massive server pop but not fires. Even elemental earth have multiple strong drop locations but fire only has one. Iirc the reason blizz put in the transmute was to address this very issue on much lower pop servers.

I had another post about the same thing but my suggestion is to implement the transmute asap.
