On Anathema you can accept quests for the event. You can even complete coin quests from elders and obtain coins. But the fireworks are bugged. So the quest to shoot off 2 clusters and 8 normal fireworks only counts the 2 clusters (even if they're normal fireworks) and doesn't count any of the fireworks as normal ones. Then when I ran around enough to get 10 coins I went to turn them in and the NPC says you can get the dresses. I completed it and only obtained the firework pack. I lost 5 coins and got no dress :( The other NPC is also not selling any recipes even though she says she should.
