Tried with deleting the WDB folder, still not able to get another sample of Water Sapta.

I've also fucked up with this quest and cannot receive another Sapta. I have dragged my ass across to Southern Barrens, Ratchet and back to Silverpine Forest. Cannot get my hands on another sample of Water Sapta. How do we get another one?? Thanks, Darruuk on Elysium
