After i got hacked a few months back (i had no 2FA). I wanted to start over again and a GM told me 3 days ago i need to open a new ticket with my missing Quest items since they online restore that and nothing else..So i did open a new ticket almost 3 Days ago and still no respone until now.. Soo is this normal or did my Ticket bug out or whats going on ? thanks in advance greetings from Germany

i even offered to pay (in gold) to restore my gear.. a friend would provide even 2x the value of the gear so that there is no inflation but the gm didn't even respond to that.. It's just very poor behavior to not even have the decency to respond to somebody that actively support's this project..

Well i had no idea until now.. Now it's to late anyway :( Btw what is the reasoning behind not restoring at least my gear ? I mean i asked kindly to just restore my gear nothing else (still a insane amount of dmg left) and i got no responds to that from a gm.. I get it that it was somehow my fault for beeing hacked but after donateing (not much but a bit) i was at least hopeing to get some sort of help in this Situation.. I mean im just fucked i can't do anything..

Nope since i don't own an Android/Windows Phone or something like that.. didn't have the option for that

So i logged of yesterday and logged on just now just to realize that i got hacked.. all my gold and gear ist gone.. They even deleted my lvl 21 Pala Twink.. I basicly have nothing left.. Is there any chance to get my gear back ? i dont even care about the 200 gold i just want my items back.. And no i didn't download any new addons or clicked on shady shit i have no idea how they got my account details.
