thats weird since i killed like 200 of them total (elites mostly) and still no drop, ould be a nice to hear from a gm

wellm there is also reports that this item did drop from those dragons given by my guildies who played on this server before nost merging

So, primary this item drops off of onyxia, but rumors says it should drop off of any black dragons from burning steppes aswell, 2 of my guildies said they got drop of it there on elysium and valkyre, also wowwiki says it also should drops there, wowhead comments also says this.
